On Friday 30 September, the second Moonshine Crawl will take place in the heart of Rotterdam. After a long period of ‘reclamation’ of the nightlife industry, you can now take part in a few hours of ‘Cocktail hopping‘ in one of Europe’s most dynamic cities. Four Cocktail bars in Rotterdam city centre guarantee a unique experience not to be missed. So come Cocktail Hopping in Rotterdam.

Secret locations
Just like during Prohibition in America, during 1920, we will keep the locations secret for a while. A few days before the start, after paying for your ticket, you will receive an e-mail with a map of the route … with that also the password with which, upon showing your ticket, you will receive a Signature Cocktail at the secret locations.

You can walk, cycle, scoot, skateboard or crawl from one bar to another… To spread out the crowds at each bar, there are several starting points. Your starting point will be on the map in the email you receive.

Moonshining?
From the period of Prohibition, in 1920s America, also stems the term ‘Moonshining’. The sale and production of alcohol was mostly forbidden then, so alcohol was made in secret distilleries, usually at night when the moon was shining and later driven to bars; hence the term ‘Moonshining’.
